3 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following policies apply to all financial matters at myam99.

3.1 Deposit Methods

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay and bank transfer. Local banks including KBZ Bank, AYA Bank, CB Bank, Yoma Bank and MAB Bank can be used to verify deposit and withdrawal records.

3.2 Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amounts

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks

3.3 Withdrawal Verification

When a withdrawal is requested, myam99 may verify the user's personal information. Withdrawals will only be processed after verification is complete, so please allow a little extra time during this process. Checks are carried out as part of anti-money laundering measures.

3.4 Depositor Name Match

The payment method used to deposit and the method used to withdraw must belong to the same owner. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by myam99.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at myam99, you will receive a 200% bonus — up to 300,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement).

Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 60,000 Ks to start with. To withdraw, you must wager 40,000 × 20 = 800,000 Ks.
Example 2: Deposit 320,000 Ks and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus, giving you 620,000 Ks to start with. To withdraw, you must wager 300,000 × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

myam99 will determine bonus eligibility on an individual basis. Bonuses are available to single accounts only. If duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, or bonus abuse are detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

The expiry date for each bonus will be shown in the promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.

5 Game Rules

5.1 Bet Limits

The minimum and maximum bet for each game will be displayed in game chips. When playing with bonus funds, certain games may have wagering limits applied.

5.2 Game System Stability

If a technical issue, server fault, or game disconnection occurs, myam99 reserves the right to void the affected round rather than treating a disconnection as a settled result.

5.3 Fraud and Irregularities

The following actions will result in immediate account closure and remaining balances may be blocked — bonus abuse, money laundering, opening duplicate accounts, using software bots or scripts, and two-sided betting (arbitrage) to exploit outcomes.

6 VIP Levels and Cashback

myam99 runs a 5-tier VIP program. Your tier advances based on your betting history and progress, and the higher your tier, the higher your cashback rate.

  • Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
  • Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
  • Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
  • Diamond — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Cashback is processed every week at midnight Myanmar Standard Time (MMT). The cashback amount will be added to your account as bonus funds, and the related wagering requirement can be found in the promotion terms.

7 Responsible Gaming — Protection Policy
